This document governs the engineering, deployment, and operational boundaries of the Arcmark platform. By accessing our gaming infrastructure, you agree to the technical and regulatory protocols outlined herein.
Arcmark provides professional-grade gaming application services under strict Italian regulatory frameworks. Our platform prioritizes low-latency execution and high-fidelity output. This agreement defines our responsibilities as a provider and your obligations as a licensed user.
01 Global Engagement Protocols
By accessing arcmark.pro or utilizing our proprietary gaming APIs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you—whether personally or on behalf of an entity—and Arcmark.
If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect hardware support requirements or shifts in Italian player demographics, and your continued use remains contingent on adherence to the updated protocols.
02 Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its entire source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics are our proprietary property. Our codebase is protected by copyright and trademark laws of Italy and international jurisdictions.
Limited Deployment License
- • Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
- • No modification, decompilation, or reverse engineering of the "Arcmark Engine" or associated game logic is permitted.
- • Removal of any copyright or proprietary notations from the technical documentation is strictly prohibited.
Operational Trade-off Matrix
Enhanced encryption overhead increases initial handshake latency by ~40ms. Mitigation: Distributed edge-nodes for localized processing.
Strict regulatory logging consumes 12% more database throughput. Mitigation: High-performance NVMe storage arrays.
Zero-buffer streaming requires significant battery consumption on mobile. Mitigation: Power-efficient "Eco-Render" mode for mobile users.
03 Prohibited Conduct
Users may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed by Arcmark's Gaming Compliance Lead.
Automated Extraction
Systematically retrieving data or other content from the site to create a database or collection via bots or scrapers.
Impersonation Attacks
Attempting to impersonate another user or person or using the username of another user to bypass access controls.
Terms Reliability Evidence
Assumptions
We assume users operate from jurisdictions where online gaming applications are legally permitted. These terms assume standard hardware concurrency of at least 4 cores for stable application performance.
Constraints
Maximum latency budget of 250ms is required for real-time interaction modules. Users are constrained by fixed IP rate-limits to prevent DDoS-style congestion of the game servers.
What would change our view?
Explicit shifts in AGCOM advertising restrictions or the introduction of new Web3 protocol standards in the Italian gambling market would necessitate an immediate rewrite of Sections 02 and 04 regarding asset ownership and transaction validation.
04 Regulatory Frameworks
Arcmark operates under the strict jurisdiction of Italian law. All gaming mechanics, including Random Number Generation (RNG) protocols and Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, are optimized to meet or exceed AAMS/ADM requirements. If you access the site from outside Italy, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

05 Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ARCMARK OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. Our uptime SLA aims for 99.9% but is not a functional guarantee under heavy load conditions or legacy hardware support failures.
