Core Privacy Governance
- Data Controller
- Arcmark, headquartered in Rome, acts as the primary authority directing how your information is architected and secured.
- Hashing Protocol
- We utilize non-reversible cryptographic hashing for all player identifiers to prevent unauthorized re-identification.
- ADM Compliance
- Privacy standards tuned to meet Italian Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) strict transparency requirements.
- Latency Minimization
- Data collection is optimized to ensure zero impact on our 250ms maximum acceptable latency threshold.
Data Collection Specifics
Arcmark collects personal data only when strictly necessary for the performance of our gaming services. This includes technical telemetry such as IP addresses (anonymized at the edge), device hardware profiles, and transaction logs. When you interact with our applications, we capture interaction signatures to ensure platform stability and detect high-concurrency anomalies.
We distinguish between Critical Operational Data (necessary for game execution) and Optimization Metadata (used for improving UI/UX). Unlike traditional marketing-centric websites, Arcmark does not harvest psychological profiling data; our focus remains entirely on the technical integrity of the player session.

Logic Processing and Third-Party Interaction
Data processing occurs within the EEA (European Economic Area), adhering to GDPR mandates and local Italian legislation. Our backend architect ensures that all data pipelines are isolated. We do not sell player data to third-party brokers. In scenarios involving 3rd-party gaming APIs, only essential session tokens are exchanged to maintain game state without exposing user identity.
- No sharing of behavioral patterns with advertising networks.
- End-to-end encryption for all API handshakes.
- Mandatory data minimization across all legacy hardware.
- Quarterly security audits by Gaming Compliance Leads.
